· US orders: 2–5 business days

We'll email your tracking number as soon as your order ships. Easy.

Double-check your address
Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Once it's on its way, we can't reroute it. If it's sent to the wrong address because of a typo, we won't be able to send a replacement—so just take a quick second to review before you click order.

Lost packages – we've got your back (mostly)
If your package is truly lost in transit (no delivery scan), just reach out within 14 days. We'll reship or refund you – whichever you prefer.

If tracking says "Delivered" but you can't find it:

· Check with neighbors, family, or your local post office first (packages show up 99% of the time).
· If it's still missing after that, hit us up. We'll do our best to help, including filing claims or sending a one-time courtesy if it makes sense.
